Invert Sugar

 

Invert sugar syrup is an edible mixture of two simple sugars. It is thought to be sweeter than table sugar, and foods that contain it retain moisture better and crystallize less easily. This product is light amber colored and has a clean sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of sugar using GMO free natural enzymes which is filtered and concentrated to heavy syrup.
